Relay Customer Preference Form
To better serve you, the Florida Relay Service has developed Relay Customer Preference (RCP) forms (Microsoft Word document).
- This form allows relay users to enter specific information into their customer profile.
- When a profile is established, the information will be activated automatically on the relay operators screen which expedites the call set-up and indicates Users’ preference for processing their calls
The available database features include:
- Name & Address
- Long Distance Profile
- Frequently Dialed Number
- Outdial Information
- Customer Notes
- Call Block
- Outdial Restriction
- Emergency Numbers
Note: This feature does not apply to PBX services.
